María Esteban Trio is a jazz project made up of María Esteban (voice), Rai Paz (guitar) and David Muñoz (double bass). Its roots belong to the traditional jazz and have a strong influence from great vocalists such as Frank Sinatra, Sara Vaughan, Bing Crosby, June Christy and Doris Day among others. Their new album "Happy Days Are Here Again" is out. Six jazz standards headed by a classic written by Yellen and Ager that, in the delicate and experienced hands of this trio, acquires a subtlety that introduces us to an album that aspires to breathe optimism, color, good vibrations; capturing the sophisticatedly deep meaning of the word “cool”. The trio has recorded the album in the Barcelona studio UnderPool Studios; with the collaboration of Edu Cabello on flute in April Showers.
